UAB "Auto EDU" aims to streamline and automate the customer service process and increase sales volume by implementing a project to create and install an e-commerce platform. With the help of information technology solutions, customers will be able to order the desired product independently, formulate their product needs, and follow and modify their orders.
Upon completion of the project, an e-commerce platform will be created and installed, which will accelerate and improve the customer service process, reduce the company's administrative costs, and increase the company's revenue.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic by the European Union.
